We went to a Strawberry Patch!

Hello lovely readers! Over the weekend, we flew up to see Julie. But I left the SD card that held all the photos at her house. We should have it back by Thursday or earlier. If you just have to know what happened, check out Julie's blog here: Jlove. Today Elizabeth and I went to a strawberry patch. For me, spring doesn't start until we go strawberry picking. Although, in Florida, summer could be starting. We selected many fresh, juicy berries. Don't forget, I LOVE STRAWBERRIES!

There is only one letter needed to describe strawberries- Mmmmm!

After we had paid for the berries, we headed home to sample the crop we picked.
Yum, Yum! Have you ever gone strawberry picking?  If you haven't, you should .

Thursday with Taffy

I, Elizabeth, am going to tell you what happened yesterday.  After I woke up and dressed, I descended the stairs and found Taffy in a most strange outfit.
Her style, or lack thereof, caused me to be alarmed.
"What happened to your leg?" Chrissa asked.
"I broke it doing a thirty-two double triple flip." Taffy replied.  The thirty-two double triple flip move where you do one hundred ninety-two flips in a row.  No one has been able to achieve it before.  Suddenly, Taffy bust our laughing.  Then right in front of us, the girl, who had no style, opened her cast and took it off.
"I was just kidding!" she exclaimed.
"Why did you do that?" Chrissa asked, a little angry.
" 'Cause I thought it would funny to see your faces.  And it was!" she said, still laughing.  After that Chrissa and I worked on school.  Taffy just laughed.  And then she said we were funny.  Excuse me?  We are funny? You are the funny one, Taffy!
P.S. Sorry for posting this so late- our computer had a breakdown.  It's all fixed now.

A Tour of Our House

To-day I'm going to give you a tour of our three-story house.  We have hardwood floors throughout it.
This is our bedroom.   Our trundle bed was a steal!  We bought it from a garage sale for only ten dollars!  The bedspread is from IKEA.  Our bookshelf was made by one of our friends.
Here is our Kitchen/ Dinning room.  We are hoping to install a window in the back wall soon.
On the bottom floor we have our bathroom and living room.  We just remodeled the bathroom this last Christmas.  Do you like it?

I hope you enjoyed the tour of our house.

Meet a Salty! Chrissa

Hello lovely readers!  Since Elizabeth did  "Meet a Salty!" post I thought I would do one as well!  My full name is Chrissa Amber Edwards.  I'm a photographer, fast swimmer, gymnast, American Girl fan, and a girl who absolutely loves and adores strawberries.  All you have to do to be my friend is give me strawberries and a can of whipped cream!  Seriously, I've made several friends this way.  Oh, and I love the color purple.
That's me!

Happy (Late) Earth Day!

I am sorry for not posting this earlier, but I completely forgot that yesterday was Earth Day!  Happy late Earth Day!

What you can do on a Rainy Day

Hello lovely readers!  Since today is a rainy day, I was very bored.
"Why not think of things to do and then share them on our blog?" Elizabeth suggested as she cleaned the house.  I thought that was a great idea!  So today I will show you what I like to do when the rain dances on my roof!
#1 Make a fort!
Forts are fun because they are so easy to make! Just grab some chairs and blankets and you'll be ready in no time! If you're wanting to go all out, try whipping up a smoothie for a snack and toss all you stuffed animals into your fort for snuggling.
  #2 Write a letter
Some people think writing letters are a thing of the past, but I don't agree!  Don't you love to get a letter in the mail?  Pick a special friend to send your surprise greeting too -  it doesn't matter if she lives 12 states away or right down the street. A letter will surely brighten her day and you'll love knowing that you made someone smile.
#3 Read a book
Made of paper or electronic, you can read a book.  When your imagination takes you to the past, present, or future, you can kiss your rainy day blues goodby!
(Today my signature is kind of ironic)

Our New Club, Part Two

Hello lovely readers!  Chrissa here, telling you more about the continued adventures of our club! (To see Julie's side of this story, click here:Munchy Monday: Breakfast Picnic)  On Saturday morning, I woke up after Julie and Elizabeth.  When I came downstairs Elizabeth said
"Put on your shoes!  We are going out!"
"But I am only in my pajamas!" I said nervously.
"Me too!!!!" Julie yelled.
"Calm down.  We are just going out to the S.A.H.O." Elizabeth comforted.  We hadn't had breakfast yet, so
"Wait! I have to do something real quick!" I said. I ran upstairs made a quick order for pizza.
"Now, let's go!"  Elizabeth led Julie and I outside to the club house, were we laded a blanket over our laps and distributed the food evenly.
"Oh this is good stuff! Elizabeth, what a fun surprise!" Julie said with her mouth full of food.

Then the phone rang...
and I released that it was my pizza!
 "I'll ge-" I started.
"I'll get it!" Julie quickly interrupted.

"Hello?" Julie said to the phone.

"Hi your pizza is here, but you aren't!"

"I didn't order take out pizza." Julie said. Then she and Elizabeth both looked at me.

"What! I can not always trust Elizabeth's cooking!" I said.

"Chrissa!"  They said at the same time.
Be sure to check out Julie's blog at Jlove.

Our New Club

Greetings!  Chrissa and I made a new club with our friend, Julie Grace, who road down to St. Augustine to spend the weekend with us!
S.A.H.O. stands for St. Augustine Hang Out.  Normally "hangout" is one word, but we decided to make it two because S.A.H. just did not look right.  We even made a sign!
Charming, right?
Our first meeting we practiced our acting.
I brought my crate of dresses and we quickly started.
I made up this elaborate game but I don't think Julie really got it at all.

"And I was swept off my feet by a wolf that was dancing!" Chrissa said with emphases.
"Chrissa, that is NOT dramatic." I said with annoyance.
"This is confusing." Julie said.
Whenever we tried to take a picture, Chrissa would fall over.  When we asked her to explain, she said "I was swept off my feet by the inadvisable wolf that isn't there."
Chrissa can be a goose sometimes.
